1. Services Offered
ResumeHive provides professional career services including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn/profile optimization, Naukri and job portal profile optimization, and interview preparation resources.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, recruiter callbacks, or hiring outcomes. Our services are intended to improve presentation, positioning, and visibility only.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround times are 24–72 hours for resume services and 3–5 working days for job portal/profile optimization.
4. Revisions Policy
Revisions are limited and depend on the selected plan or package. Revisions include minor edits, factual corrections, detail updates, and reasonable formatting/content adjustments. They do not include repeated full rewrites or repeated re-optimization for multiple job roles.
5. User Responsibility
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
6. Payments
Payments are currently processed manually via WhatsApp using UPI or direct bank transfer. Work typically begins after payment confirmation.
7. Intellectual Property
Final delivered documents are intended for your personal/professional use. ResumeHive may retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable versions for sample or portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted.
8. Misuse / Abuse / Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of abusive behavior, fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, or misuse of our services.
9. Geographic Scope
These services are currently operated from India and may be offered to users in other regions as the business expands.
